Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Risk in the Goods passes to the consumer upon delivery.

Approval of sketches, concepts, or briefs constitutes acceptance of the artistic direction.
All content on the Site, including artworks, images, text, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Deidre Nortje Art unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
